Flexible in the type of removal and always quick in responding. well organised for an international move, from EU to non EU. unfortunately the moving truck did not have any blankets.

Movega promised way more than they delivered. This lead to a chaotic and highly stressful day of moving and concern that my belongings would not arrive safely. The actual drivers and vans did not show up. There were not enough men and a load that should have taken 3 hours took 7 hours, also causing a delay to the person moving into my old home. I had to help move things, which meant packing my last bits got delayed (I'd allowed time for this the morning of the move expecting to have a full team to load, and had booked a lift for 3.5 hours). This meant everything had to be loaded into sub-contractor vans, and then reloaded the next day before travelling. There was constant defensiveness and reasons for things not happening, mostly blamed on me. But when paying almost 4.000 euros for a move, I expected a proper and less stressful service. Do not use this company.

The owners of the company had extensive experience in the relocation business, therefore it came to a moment where a decision was made and Movega Removals was founded, without the flaws that had been seen in the processes and organization that was observed.
What makes your services standout?
Our agents are very well trained and knowledgeable. We are customer oriented and we keep all our customers informed through the entire process of moving. We are punctual, reliable and trustworthy company, that stays behind its word and never leaves customers behind.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Our top advise for our customers is to be as responsive as possible, and as punctual as possible with their inventory lists (if video survey is not made with our company), as this would avoid many issues with the entire process
